Making A Purchase
We validate your order, check stock availability and debit/credit card details provided to us before your order can be accepted. We will take payment from your debit/credit card. Once this has been done we will confirm, by e-mail, that your order has been received and accepted.Subject to further validation checks that we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. We accept all orders subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will not accept your order and we will not process your debit/credit card. Shipping And Handling
The warehouse has special packing facilities and our full-time container packing team has a record, second-to-none, for careful damage-free packing. 140 containers are despatched each year so we can negotiate very competitive freight rates.Packing charges are low. However, we cannot provide a schedule of charges as they depend on individual customer requirements, type of wrapping, amounts of small items, quantity purchased from other sources, etc. We will be happy to talk with you about your individual needs and provide a packing quote by telephone or fax. |

Colour Repoduction
Tomlinsons have made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways. Therefore, the product may vary in colour slightly to that shown on your screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of any item you have ordered we operate a returns policy the details of which are described in the "Delivery information" section.A problem relating to the colour of the item will attract the standard restocking charge. |
